Katsu Curry with Cauliflower Nuggets is one of our favourite recipes to prepare when we have friends coming over. It's a recipe that will please both vegan and meat eaters. The flavours are just perfectly balanced and the breaded and roasted cauliflower gives the dish the crunch needed.
