Chili Sin Carne

A Hearty bowl of chili sin carne, packed full of flavour and fresh ingredients.

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 bell peppers (any type) chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoke paprika
  • 400 gr cannelloni beans
  • 2 400 gr chopped tin tomatoes
  • Salt to taste


  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large saucepan. When hot, add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, then add the garlic and cook for a further 30 seconds.
  • Add in the chopped peppers, cayenne or chili flakes, cumin and smoked paprika. Cook for one more minute, add the tins of tomatoes and mix well.
  • Add the beans and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, avocado, coconut yoghurt or over rice.
