Cut the Ciabatta bread in half lengthwise

Make the vegan garlic butter mixture by combining the vegan butter, finely chopped garlic, fresh basil finely chopped, salt, pepper, and some vegan parmesan cheese.

Combine the ingredients using a fork until the butter starts to soften and create a smooth spreadable mixture.

Spread the garlic butter on both bread pieces. Make sure you are using the whole mixture as you want to bread to have enough garlic butter on every bite.

Place in the oven on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180C (350F).
