Ingredients

  • 9 oz tempeh
  • 1 ½ tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoon neutral oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the tempeh into bite-sized pieces.

  • In a bowl, mix the curry powder, salt, pepper, and oil. Toss until they’re well coated in the spice mixture.

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375F (190C).
  • Place the tempeh pieces in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overlapping.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
