Cut the tempeh into bite-sized pieces.
9 oz tempeh
In a bowl, mix the curry powder, salt, pepper, and oil. Toss until they’re well coated in the spice mixture.
1 ½ tablespoon curry powder, 2 teaspoon neutral oil, Salt and pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375F (190C).
Place the tempeh pieces in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overlapping.
Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
