Pineapple Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion small
  • 2 cup pineapple diced
  • A handful cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper optional
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Dice the tomatoes, onion and pineapple.

  • If you're adding jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds, and finely chop it. Add to with the rest of the ingredients.

  • Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and add the fresh chopped cilantro.

  • Add the lime juice and season with salt to taste.

  • Chill for about 20 minutes in the fridge and serve.
