Preheat the oven to 200C.
Mix the flours, baking soda and salt in a big mixing bowl.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour the plant-based milk. Use your hand to combine all the ingredients
Keep mixing until all the ingredients are perfectly incorporated and you have formed a round-shaped dough. Make sure you don't overwork the mixture.
Transfer the dough into a floured baking tray and cut a deep cross on the centre.
Bake for about 30 minutes and leave to cool completely.
