Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mango
  • 10 oz plant-based yogurt 300 g
  • 3,5 oz plant-based milk 100 ml
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Using a sharp knife, start by peeling the mangoes and cutting the flesh away from the pit into small pieces.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender jug and blend until you have a smooth consisntecy.
  • Serve with crushed pistachios and fresh mint.

Notes

  • You can add different spices such as turmeric, nutmeg or cardamon.
