    Spring is here, and I love all the seasonal ingredients that it brings. This time of the year is the perfect time to start eating more colorful. After a long winter, I feel like celebrating the arrival of this season with vegan spring soups filled with fresh vegetables that will brighten up your day.

    If you're like me and have a little garden, spring is such an exciting time of the year for us, right? My garden is getting ready to start growing so many veggies, such as zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, and much more.

    This time of the year is the perfect time to start eating more colorful. After a long winter, I feel like celebrating the arrival of this season with colorful dishes filled with fresh fruit and vegetables.

    Have you ever heard the saying, "One apple a day keeps the doctor away"? I believe it works for soups, too; one soup a day keeps the doctor away. Soup is the perfect dish to use up as many veggies as you like, and make something tasty, and delicious.
